Subject	Timing

Message	My engine died all out of blue one day and I could never get it to start. Has spark, has gas, and I checked the compression and all cylinders are within spec. I took off the driver side timing belt covers and found this. All my timing marks line up except for one. How did just one mark get off, how is my compression still good? How do I fix this? :
